Refunds and Cancellations

FTLOC MEDIA LLP processes refunds and cancellations of orders placed through our online store as follows:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and in exceptional circumstances.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund. 

• In case of any Refunds approved by the FTLOC MEDIA LLP, please allow a minimum of 6-8 working days for the refund to be processed.
